This Privacy Policy describes how Luna Tarot processes information when you use the Telegram bot @Luna_Taro_ibot, tarotluna.guru and the web application app.tarotluna.guru.

This English version is provided for convenience and information purposes for international users. The cookie notice records a separate user choice and this Policy does not replace that choice.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process Telegram identifiers, usernames, display names, messages and generated responses; IP address, device and browser parameters, page URL, referrer, date and time; UTM parameters, yclid, gclid, fbclid, Yandex.Metrica identifiers and pseudonymous session or click identifiers; website usage events, language, page variant and traffic source; and subscription or payment status received from a platform or payment provider.

Full bank card details are handled by the relevant payment or platform provider, not by the Service itself.

Information may be shared with Telegram, hosting or infrastructure vendors, analytics vendors, and payment or platform providers to the extent needed to operate the Service. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, platform policy, or a valid official request.

We do not sell personal data as a standalone business activity.

tarotluna.guru uses necessary language and theme settings and the landing_privacy_choice cookie. Until a user opts out, it also uses Yandex.Metrica with session replay and click maps, first-party analytics, attribution parameters and pseudonymous identifiers.

Analytics storage includes landing_variant, landing_first_touch, landing_session_touch, landing_session_id, Yandex.Metrica cookies, UTM and advertising click IDs, and event markers in sessionStorage. First-party analytics events are sent to the Service backend.

Choosing “Opt out of analytics” stops new analytics transmissions on tarotluna.guru and removes analytics cookies and markers accessible to the site. The choice is stored in a cookie for one year and mirrored in localStorage without a fixed expiry. It can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer. This choice does not change settings on app.tarotluna.guru.

If Google Analytics is enabled later, it follows the same user choice.

The user-choice cookie is retained for one year; landing_variant and landing_first_touch for up to 30 days; landing_session_touch and landing_session_id for up to 24 hours. Yandex.Metrica cookie periods depend on the service and browser settings. Anonymous first-party analytics events are retained for up to 90 days.

Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, disputes and legal compliance.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where such rights are available under the law applicable to you. Some requests may be limited by technical constraints, platform dependencies, fraud prevention requirements, or mandatory legal obligations.
